GET A PHYSICAL . If you're making a resolution, it probably means you haven't been doing much lately. And the last thing you need is to harm yourself. Before beginning a new fitness program, you should make sure your body is ready for it. See your doctor, check yourself out, and make sure everything is good to go. SET REALISTIC GOALS. You can't turn yourself from a couch potato to a marathon runner overnight. Goals that are achievable will help keep you motivated. When you have success, celebrate the small victory and set a new one. GET MORE SLEEP. People require different amounts of sleep to function.
